Iron Swords – Together we will Win!
Mobilizing and helping during these difficult times was not even a question – we organized and packed boxes with necessary equipment for hundreds of soldiers, helped purchase medical equipment for hospitals, and provided storage containers for the different army corps for storing combat equipment during lulls between the fighting. We had the honor of taking part, together with the Colmobil Group, in a touching and special project in which we transported dozens of cars supplied as a donation to the residents of the Gaza Envelope communities, and also helped the members of Kibbutz Be’eri move their cars during red alerts. Nor did we forget the farmers in the south. To help them make a living we bought dozens of cartons of vegetables – Israeli agricultural produce fresh from the field!
Welcome to First Grade
As we do every year, we celebrated with the employees’ children entering first grade. We took the opportunity to host the employees’ families and the families of the Neve Galim Children and Youth Village. The youth village is home to children and youth contending with various complex family circumstances, children whose parents have functioning difficulties, children who lost a parent, children who live in destructive surroundings, and more. At the youth village they receive an encompassing framework with the support and accompaniment they need to realize their full potential despite their life circumstances.
As part of their shared activities the children and youth enjoyed water activities, laser tag games, pampering sweets and surprises, culminating with the traditional ceremony of the children receiving their first school bag.
Adopt a Soldier
For several years now we have adopted an operational army unit – as part of the “Adopt a Soldier” program
As part of our volunteering activities we adopted an operational army unit and participate from time to time in the army unit’s events. This includes introducing the unit’s soldiers and commanders to the national and global supply chain world.
Owing to the relationship which developed between the Fridenson Group, the army unit and the Neve Galim Youth Village in Ashdod – the army unit took part in volunteering activity to renovate the Youth Village building. The Fridenson Group expresses its great appreciation and gratitude to the soldiers and recognizes their contribution to the country’s defense and security! Be strong and courageous!
